         广东和正珠江口船舶服务有限公司成立于2019年，并经海事、海关、港务局登记备案后开展港口服务。承接增城市珠江口船舶工程有限公司污染物清除一级资质的所有资源。本公司是一家从事船舶污油水接收、海上溢油应急和搜救的专业公司。公司员工近50人,其中,毕业于广东工业大学环境工程管理专业、拥有船舶驾驶证书、轮机工程证书、安全员证书并从事溢油应急工作多年而且具有丰富溢油应急经验的管理人员6人，有经过专业应急处置培训的高级指挥4人、现场指挥8人、具有现场实际溢油应急设备操作经验的专业溢油应急操作人员20余人。公司拥有多艘专业溢油应急船/辅助污油回收船/其他类型辅助船舶，总舱容达2500吨，同时拥有大量相配套的设备、防污器材。

Guangdong Harmony Pearl River Ship Service Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 and carries out port services after being registered with the MSA, Customs and Port Authority. Undertake all the resources of Zengcheng Pearl River Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. for the Level-1 qualification of SPRO. Harmony Pearl River is a professional company engaged in Emergency Response for Oil Spill from ship and sludge disposal. Harmony Pearl River has more than 50 employees, including 6 management personnel who graduated from Guangdong University of Technology with major in environmental engineering management, ship driving certificate,  marine engineering certificate, safety officer certificate, and have been engaged in oil spill emergency response work for many years and have rich experience in oil spill response, 4 senior commanders who have undergone professional emergency response training, 8 on-site commanders, and more than 20 professional oil spill emergency operators with experience in the operation of on-site actual oil spill emergency equipment. The company has a number of professional oil spill emergency ships/auxiliary oil recovery ships/other types of auxiliary ships, with a total cabin capacity of 2,500 tons, and a large number of supporting equipment and anti-fouling equipment.

广州海事局在2023年12月组织人员对辖区内的溢油应急公司重新进行评估。目前有5家公司获得1级资质，我们公司“广东和正珠江船舶服务有限公司”也获得海事局的认可。

The Guangzhou MSA re-evaluate the Oil Spill Emergency Response companies in December 2023. At present, five companies have obtained Level 1 qualification, and our company "Guangdong Harmony Pearl River Shipping Service Co., Ltd.” also got the  Level 1 qualification.
