I.Purpose
Provide guidance on handling oil spills.
II. Application ScopeThis solution is applicable to the Responseactions for the existing or potential pollution caused by the vessel specified in the contract (hereunder referred to as "the Vessel”) in the serving areas of the Guangdong Harmony Pearl River Ship Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and the Responseactions in response to the instructions from the command organizations responsible for preventing vessel-induced pollution, such as local governments or the Maritime Safety Administration (MSA). IV. Special Note
No solution is a panacea for all problems due to the diversity and complexity of pollution incidents. This solution is only a guidance document for the Company in handling vessel-induced pollution, and the Company shall develop specific pollution clean-up solutions as required without being restricted by this solution.

I. Vessel-induced Pollution in Guangzhou Sea Areas
According to the analysis in our ResponseAction Plan (CAP), the high traffic volume of vessels in Guangzhou port result in a great probability of pollution incidents. The following table lists the vessel-induced pollution incidents:
